All my (= Davide Bettio) code contributions were mostly LGPL v2.1 (or any later
version). This change will dual license them as "Apache-2.0 OR
LGPL-2.1-or-later".

All changes made by other contributors (Fred Dushin, Riccardo Binetti, etc...)
were already dual licensed.

Apache-2.0 will be used as default license, so you can use this software under
Apache-2.0 license terms. However we don't mind if anyone still wants to apply
LGPL-2.1-or-later license terms as an option.

We hope this change to Apache-2.0 will make AtomVM easier to adopt in any
project.
