Hi @ydkn, time passes by... here is a new MR with updates for new Rubies/Rails versions. While I think I could merge it on my own as you upgraded me ;), you're still the only one to make a new Rubygems release. Thus I'll leave both up to you.

Ps.: I am about to be more or less afk for a month starting from very (really very..) soon, so I won't be able to follow comments or smth regarding it until then. Hopefully everything is good prepared so that you're fine with it. Otherwise feel free to commit/rebase/...
