This adds support for all currently supported utls ClientHello IDs
with the following caveats/differences:

 * `none` - Disables using utls entirely, forces `crypto/tls`.
 * `HelloGolang` - Alias of `none`, since using utls is pointless.
 * `HelloCustom` - Omitted as pointless.
