Add Nix flake for development environment

Introduces a Nix flake that provides a reproducible development shell with:

• Kubernetes tools (kubectl, helm, k9s)
• yaookctl from GitLab
• Formatting and query tools (nixfmt, yq)

The shell automatically configures KUBECONFIG and YAOOK environment variables for the workshop environment.
