WIP: [679] Create Like model

Oren Kanner requested to merge 679_create_Like_model into 633-group-members-can-favorite-suites

Resolves #679

Goals:

  • all full members of a group can add likes
  • individual members of a group can only "like" a suite once
  • a member likes a suite which creates a Favorite if one does not already exist for that group and that suite
  • faves are deleted if all the likes from that group for that suite are deleted
