In the header-nav and sidebar-nav includes, the links were generated without the site.url prepended. This caused the issue of the links re-direct to git.yale.edu/{{ link }}. Links should be formatted - "https://git.yale.edu/pages/yale-ui/ui-component-library"/{{ link }}.
