HydroForceEngine examples: update and add new examples

  • update all the script to make them compatible with the latest changes in the source code
  • Add an example script to simulate bidisperse sediment transport in open channel flow
  • Add the framework developed by Remi Monthiller to simulate sediment transport in open channel flow with varying particle shape from clumps.
  • Rename the example folder for clarity/uniformity with the other examples
