plug flowengine leaks, increase code flexibility for GPU usage and linking to custom suitesparse libraries See #116 (closed) for more info.

All leaks are fixed including useSolver=3 (eigen) useSolver=4 (with short int CPU) and useSolver=4 (long int GPU).
