Add yade.mcpbridge: connect AI agents to a YADE simulation via the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Follow-up to !1171 (merged). In the !1171 (merged) discussion, adding the bridge to YADE trunk was suggested, so that users do not need to install the bridge separately. This MR adds the bridge as yade.mcpbridge, a pure Python package using only the standard library.
The bridge is opt-in. It starts only when the user asks for it. When it is not started, YADE behaves exactly as before.
The bridge code is vendored directly into py/, so it ships in precompiled packages with no extra build step.
