Questions about cohesive frictional material considering bending moment
Dear all,
I'm now conducting simulations with the material CohFrictMat in Yade. I have the following two questions:
(1) I understand that when the maximum tensile or shear force at the cohesive contact is reached, the interparticle bond breaks. Now, I want to count the number of broken bonds resulting from excessive tensile force and excessive shear force, respectively. I wonder if this is possible in Yade? If so, how can I achieve this?
(2) Additionally, I'd like to know the relationship between bending moment and interparticle bond breaking. Does bending moment, similar to tensile and shear forces, cause bond rupture when a threshold is reached? Or is it unrelated to bond rupture?
Thanks for your kind reply!
