OpenID Connect Certification

Maybe at some point we should consider certifying Canaille? There could be benefits in terms of communication and confidence, however there are certification fees ($700 for OIDC members, else $3500). Membership would cost $50/year for an individual or $1000/year for Yaal Coop.

Canaille would be eligible for the Dynamic certification, but would need #32 and #183 implemented to be eligible for the Complete certification.
