[Feature request] Allow good rated callers even with wildcard (*) blocking
Wildcard blocking (adding "*" to the blocklist) blocks everything, except contacts, but it would be very useful to allow good rated callers to pass through as well.
For example, some websites I've used in the past required them to call me in order to close my account. Sometimes having Amazon call you to speak with a representative is necessary in order to escalate service issues. If I decide to block all neutral calls, I still would need good rated callers (from services) to be able to reach me.
Of course, you could suggest disabling wildcard blocking and just use the ratings block but unfortunately spammers are able to get new numbers much quicker than the blocklist updates and spam calls go through at a regular pace.
Wildcard blocking with positive caller rating pass through would block even new spam numbers and still allow legitimate services from reaching you.
