feat(node-unittest): add native Node test component

Plan

Closes #442 (closed).

1. Provide a configurable native Node.js test component and concise guide.
2. Preserve the retained two-example/JUnit fixture and both owner-requested removals.
3. Validate the owner-amended current source and hand off through guarded human review.

Owner-amended scope

The component exposes job/image/stage/needs/path/pattern/rules/report inputs and preserves native failure propagation, console output and JUnit reports. File discovery excludes node_modules and .git.

The extra catalog test-component registration and unwanted standalone regression are removed exactly as requested; no replacement registration or relocated equivalent was introduced. The retained example fixture no longer references the deleted file. Both removal discussions are resolved. The complete diff remains four component/guide/example files.

Acceptance and evidence

• Native component, guide and retained two-example/JUnit fixture implemented.
• Both owner removals retained, with no dangling reference.
• Actual current component-script local execution passes both native examples and emits two successful JUnit cases.
• Exact-source root/example compilation and complete required current-source CI pass.
• Actual rendered guide, four-file scoped diff, whitespace and no-op current-main rebase reviewed.
• Final owner-amended source DoD complete; guarded reviewer helper assigns xrow by linked-item-author rule.

Current-source CI succeeds at unchanged 5d2105af. Fully paginated recursive inspection, including both workflow API-triggered connections, covers five successful pipelines and 50 jobs: 49 successful and one unchanged optional spellcheck failure. No required job fails, skips or remains unread/unfinished. One timed-out child job-list read was recovered with a bounded targeted read before completing the fresh audit.

This current source lifecycle contains no review/deployment/stop jobs; no teardown from it is invented. The owner removed the extra component registration, so the retained native fixture was not executed or ingested by this GitLab lifecycle. Its two-case behavior/JUnit evidence is actual local execution, separately from related component/catalog compilation and complete required source CI. The earlier deleted historical lifecycle remains unavailable, not evidence of historical resource absence.

Downloaded actual current-source documentation artifact verifies the rendered Node guide, usage example, report/discovery behavior and generated input table. Main/source are synchronized and rebase is a no-op; all owner-amended files remain unchanged. Existing requested-changes events remain the reviewer's decision, not erased by a clean discussion count.

Decision: ready for renewed human review, not approved or merged. Keep #442 (closed) open until delivery; no source, CI registration, reviewer bypass or required check was changed.
