Draft: Modified default hostname to have an unique part in it from _cl_name

This should work as server.cfg is one of the last files which gets executed so _cl_name shouldn't be empty unless someone regularly wipes their config.cfg and doesn't pay attention to their server.cfg when setting their server up.
