Faq fixes/cleanup

I noticed some of the commands were malformed because of how markdown handles underscores and other special chars so i used backtics to fix them. Also couldn't resist getting rid of some double spaces and other tiny things.

We're not particularly consistent with using backtics - might wanna use them for paths too, though the "<your config folder>" link would need to be put after since i don't think you can embed a link inside a code block.
