Update entities.ent with newly supported q3df entities and flags

This adds newly supported q3df entities to the entities.ent file and also adds some q3df flags to existing entities. There's also a new flag static specific to Xonotic in various push entities.

New entities are: trigger_push_velocity, target_speed

Flags were updated in: trigger_push, trigger_teleport
