WIP: Solarium fixes and tweaks
Some fixes/improvements on Solarium:
- Deleted some degenerated 1-dimensional patches reported by q3map2
- Reduced the size of the water brushes
- Removed a few useless brushes and merged brushes where possible
- Use trak5x\misc-glass instead of invisible clips for the big windows
- Caulk lots of invisible surfaces
- More detail brushes
- Improved the clips in the MH corridor ("invisible wall" here: https://imgur.com/a/pJ3RXOI)
- Removed a light entity stuck inside a brush
- Fixed a few texture issues:
