Fix 3 minor issues with damage calculation

Fixes #2672 (closed) "Projectile damage unreliability regarding projectile size and rotation"

Fixes #2406 (closed) "Crylink division by zero"

Fixes bug where projectiles with damage radius 0 could potentially cause damage even if player is not hit
