RadiusDamageForSource(): don't divide by zero when radius is zero

bones_was_here requested to merge bones_was_here/radiusdamage_div0 into master

This should fix the errors without gameplay changes: previously a power value of 1 was used when radius was 0 due to the result of division by 0 being 0 in darkplaces VM
