Fix spamming CSQC errors when a vehicle is inside nade orb

This mutator issue is annoying for servers, spams CSQC errors per milliseconds, it isn't good for server logs and can cause a possible shutdown. This happens when a nade of any orb (health, veil, entrap) is thrown near a vehicle.
