Draft: New teamplay functions for total player count for a team

Added functions to teamplay to support storing and fetching data for total amount of players on a team.

Previously only storing and fetching the amount of alive players on a team was possible.

(They are just the alive players functions copy&pasted but renamed to fit their new purpose.)
