Make the Quickmenu input system like the clickable radar one

  • unset the player's buttons as soon as it gets opened
  • make so that pressing an unused key closes it (it helps to quickly get rid of it when a player opens it by mistake)
  • fix bug #2487 (closed) "opening quickmenu while moving causes autowalk"
