Merge branch Mario/arc_bolt_bounce (S merge request)

Replaces the visuals of the Arc's secondary bolt attack with less green versions (for now the Electro's effects are copied, new effects will need to be developed before the Arc is officially ready for use in gameplay), adding a few testing votes for a bouncing bolt and a burst of bouncing bolts, the former of which appears to play very well, acting as a merge of the old and current behaviours of the Hagar.
