WIP: Merge branch Mario/qc_stats (M merge request)

Porting stats (networked variables) to a QC-based system to avoid the restrictions and limitations of the engine's stats system, allows us to eventually greatly extend the number of available stats and add special priority to certain stats, among other things. Implementation based on the Inventory system.
