WIP: Allow color codes to be used in campaign level titles and descriptions

Previously you weren't able to use color codes in campaign titles and descriptions. This comes in handy to highlight specific things in your campaign level, and is a feature I already plan to use in a campaign I'm working on. Enabling this only required minor tweaks, the changes were tested to confirm they work.
