Merge branch Mario/campaign_mapinfo_fix_v2 (S merge request)

Disables the wrapper system that protects cvars during the campaign - while it may have worked well in Nexuiz, this system is completely broken in Xonotic thanks to the use of autocvars, which don't call cvar() in QC.
