Defaults for gamemodes
FT timelimit - The 3 minutes are absolutely too short, the votable servers use 5. I however found that it's effectively only possible to run out of cells (and sometimes rockets) if you pretty much stay alive the whole time. By using 6 minutes the strongest players will be more likely to run out of cells and rockets, so the balance might tip slightly in favor of weaker players and provide more interesting gameplay.
KA - This is inspired by what the votables use. The only change I made is that on votable BCK is 3 points and kill as BC is 5 which seems wrong - given the higher speed it's harder to kill the BC than the other way around - with 5 points, BCs get unreasonably large numbers of points just by killing newbies who rush them.
LMS - 9 is just way too much, votables use 5.
FT/CA mercy limit - this imitates CTF, if a game is 6:0 there is usually no reason to continue and the players are clearly not interested in fixing the balance themselves.
