Minor Luma menu theme update

I have ported the sourcefiles of the Luma menu theme to Inkscape, and in the process made some minor improvements.

Notably, I tried to better follow the principle of bright=important. As a result, the cursor is brighter, the checkmarks are thicker, and some of the details (button, window frame) are darker.
