fix dmg and ca scoring

packer requested to merge packer/dmg-and-ca-scoring into master

clan arena:

  • use remaining health and armor of the frag target to count score
  • this aligns scoring by regular damage with tele- and void frags.

dmg score:

  • do not give any dmg score when shooting teammates
