Toggle {sv,cl}_showspectators

This was discussed on irc some time ago. It's nice to know a player is really looking when you're teaching him movement.

Because someone might not like the pressure of knowing he's being watched, I disabled it by default on client.

This way the option is available for those who want it but is not forced on anyone.
