Clientside viewmodels

TimePath requested to merge TimePath/csqc_viewmodels into master

Known issues:

  • appears when dead
  • appears during intermission
  • does not take on effects from powerups like strength
  • no switch animation
  • vortex does not display charge
    • spectating players: weapons have wrong glow
  • arc animates in a strange way noticeable with higher ping
  • cl_bobmodel (really? yeah really)
  • weapons not visible from spectate until you have spawned at least once
  • origin is wrong with cl_followmodel
  • muzzleflashes are missing
