duel: don't include DM maps in the maplist

bones_was_here requested to merge bones_was_here/g_duel_not_dm_maps into master

It's time to stop listing large DM maps by default.
Duel has been a supported gametype for years (and 2 stable releases) now, the mapinfo generator adds it for smaller maps and the .arena file parser supports it on Q3/CPMA duel maps.
