Fix flag waypoint color

Fixes #2912 (closed) "Flag waypoint icon not showing colour"

Dropped flag and flag carrier waypoints are now displayed using a different icon for each team, like for icons of flags standing on their bases, respecting icon style more than when color was applied by code (via g_waypointsprite_iconcolor).
