Jump pad trajectory origin and q3compat
This will replace the old incorrect q3compat code for jump pads. The origin of the jump pad trajectory calculation on Quake 3 maps will now always be the center of the jump pad instead of the player origin. This also adds a spawnflag to enable this behavior on Xonotic maps without q3compat since it's the desired behavior for race maps.
