Add menu_gamemenu client cvar to enable/disable the in-game menu

Apparently some people might prefer the old behavior. Fixes #2732 (closed)

Indeed, an option is wise, especially given the current state of the game menu being just a mini main menu with extra steps.

Sorry for the force push, just changed the order of the condition chain.

Since this is specifically about menu behaviour, would it be better to name it with the menu_ prefix instead of cl_ ?

Force push is fine on gitlab, keeps the commit history cleaner.

I agree. menu_gamemenu seems appropriate even if there's a repetition.

Indeed, _menu_gamemenu_dialog_available is also in the menu_ namespace so it only makes sense. Done.
