Add new powerup models, new invisibility and speed powerup icons
New Strength and Shield powerup models (matching current icons) and new Invisibility and Speed powerup icons. All powerups now have a consistent style.
Current models (and shaders) aren't removed so that they can be displayed joining a 0.8.6 (or lower) server (backward compatible).
Very bad forward compatibility: 0.8.6 clients joining a new server will see a colorful diamond lying on the ground.
