Fixed notification bug in 3-4 team CTF

This fixes a bug where in 3-4 team CTF you don't get pickup notifications if a team takes the flag of another team.

For example if you are in red team, and blue takes the yellow flag, you should get a "The enemy got the YELLOW flag! Retrieve it!" notification, but instead you get nothing. This fixes it.
