Draft: Reduce electro's ball's combo and normal radius from 150 to 100
This change reduces Electro's alt fire ball's explosion radius and combo explosion radius to 100. This aims to require more thoughtful usage of Electro and aiming the balls nearer your opponents instead of covering the whole room with 3 balls which have 150 radius each which is more than enough to make some rooms and even some wider chokepoints awful. Electro is still able to deal up to 50+50+50+40=190 damage bursts every two seconds or a single burst in a second when also using other weapons. At least require some aiming and potentially allow dodging which isn't blastering upwards hoping that there isn't a roof too low.
