Merge branch Mario/no_csproject_test (XS merge request)

This hacky check has been with us since Nexuiz times and seems to be unnecessary now (presumably the engine issue with it is long since resolved).
Tested with some maps that rely heavily on cs_project, everything appears functional but more testing may be required before merging.
