Merge branch Mario/ctf_colormaps (S merge request)

Adds support for CTF flags to be automatically coloured by code via colormaps.
Team-coloured flag textures have been replaced with a single neutral texture, greatly reducing the number of duplicated assets and allowing mappers to colormap their own custom flag models.

While this does change assets, it remains compatible with older clients.
