cl_hook_activeweapon none gets called on spawn

cl_hook_activeweapon none gets called on spawn, which is not something a player would expect when setting this hook.
On both spawn and randomly when switching weapons, I get the “unknown command cl_hook_w_none” error message, unless I have a valid command for it.
