Startspeed in strafehud is delayed on high ping
With hud_panel_strafehud_startspeed 1
and decently high ping (e.g. >70), startspeed shows up noticeably later than when actually crossing the start trigger in cts. It does seem to display with the client's currently displayed velocity though, meaning it's possible for the startspeed to display 0.0 ups, which should be impossible. When re-watching in demo, it shows up at the right time with accurate speed. Consequently if there's a lag spike it'll take even longer to update.

Replicate:
- Set
hud_panel_strafehud_startspeed 1
- Have high ping (higher ping for more exaggerated effects)
- Cross the start trigger in cts
