Survival: Hunters can't see who the other hunters are in the scoreboard

I was trying to figure the server side (sv_survival.qc) on this code where this reference was being discussed:

Also I looked in the client side code (cl_survival.qc), hard to guess what should be improved / fixed.
And when improving / fixing, make sure the survivors mustn't see the hunters in the scoreboard while the round isn't finished, like how it was done before.
