12th campaign level is incompleteable with recent LMS non-forced join changes and with default g_start_delay being 0
As soon as the game starts after the start delay if no human has joined as a player from spectators a bot is chosen as a winner. With g_start_delay 0 the game instantly starts not allowing any humans to join manually as they are not forced in anymore. This seems to be a campaign only bug as I am able to create an LMS game with only bots which lets me spectate them play.
