Fix case etc. of map names
Some code (e.g. stats database) behaves different based on name case of map names; however searching in pk3 files does not care.
As many places could be possible sources of the map name, I suggest something else: on map load (worldspawn()), don't trust the engine regarding the map name directly - but do a search for maps/mapname.bsp and the result of that search will be the "proper case" spelling. Magic! All other code then will assume the "actual" spelling of the map name, no matter what was actually used to load it.
