Update game packs, fix some bugs to make them properly installed

This MR obsoletes !76 (closed), thanks to @NeonKnightOA who submitted first an updated game pack list.

I updated the pack list even more, and I fixed some issues related to the way these game packs were handled, hence a new MR because it's more than an updated game pack list, and some code was required to handle correctly the update provided by @NeonKnightOA and it would have made no sense to merge its update without those fixes.
