Work around an issue with Stormkeep lightmaps generation

Revert to the old behavior and modify an iterator in tools/quake3/q3map2/light_bounce.c to work around an issue with Stormkeep lightmaps.

I have no real understanding of what I'm doing, I'm just following Garux's suggestion here ^^"
