Update AMD Windows black texture bug fix hack to work on newer GPUs

Mario/amd_workaround_fix into master

In newer AMD GPUs they no longer include (TM) as part of the renderer name, e.g. GL_RENDERER: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT
This updates the workaround hack to remove that part of the text comparison.
