update daemon submodule etc.

• update daemon submodule after renaming
• update daemon submodule reference
• fix cmake instructions (previously undocumented -H is now officially -S)
• fix daemon run instructions

Note that I also needed this to properly load the engine: https://gitlab.com/illwieckz/daemon-engine_src.dpkdir I plan to merge this repository in daemon so we would just have to set a pakpath to it
