2937 Adding line and queue membership at once is possible only with SIP protocol

Display error and refuse to save the form with SCCP or custom line and group/queue membership added in one editation. The line name is not known from the endpoint api response (unlike from sip endpoint api) and the value is needed for queuemember table. This will prevent to set invalid values in queuemember table
